1.Draw the projections of following points. A,B & C respectively.


  • Shortest distance from HP and VP intersection is 60 mm and 40 mm in front of VP, the point is on   quadrant.

Shortest distance from HP and VP intersection is 55 mm and 35 mm above HP, the point is on 1st quadrant.

  • Shortest distance from HP and VP is 50 mm and 35 mm behind VP, the point is on 3rd quadrant.


2.The end P of a line PQ is 15 mm above HP and 10 mm in front of VP. The front view of line measures 65 mm and is inclined at to XY line and the top view is inclined at with XY line. Find the true length and true inclination.

3.A line AB of length 75 mm is inclined at  to HP and  to VP and the point A is 10 mm above HP and 15 mm in front of VP. Draw the projections and find the length and inclination of FV and TV.  

4.A hexagonal lamina of side 30 mm is lying on VP with one of its edges. The hexagonal surface makes   an angle  with VP and the resting edge is inclined at to HP. Draw the projections.

5.A circular lamina of diameter 75 mm is resting on HP with the surface making with HP. If the diameter through the point of resting is inclined at  with XY line. Draw the projections.
